On April 16, according to information from the Naval Academy, Sailing ship 286 Le Quy Don (Navy Academy) just docked at Nha Trang Military Port, Khanh Hoa, completing the task of long-range sea voyage training combined with learning and practical research for officers, lecturers and students of course 67 (4th year).

The training session takes place from April 1st to 15th. On the ship, the working delegation organizes key training contents such as combat deployment boards; maritime shifts, machine shifts; geographical target identification; maneuver and ship driving practices; preventing collisions at sea. Fire prevention, sinking prevention and emergency handling plans are also deployed synchronously.
The inspection and evaluation of internship results are organized closely and seriously. The majority of trainees firmly grasp the content, apply theory well to practice, and gradually form methods and command styles.
During the voyage, besides training, the working delegation organized many meaningful activities such as a contest to learn about the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Naval Academy (April 26, 1955 - April 26, 2026); April comrade's birthday with the theme "Joining waves to the sea - Joyful new age together"; launching the "Truong Sa memories" contest in 2026; organizing a memorial ceremony for officers and soldiers who sacrificed for the cause of protecting sea and island sovereignty.
The activities contribute to propagating and educating the traditions of the Navy and the Naval Academy, arousing national pride and sense of responsibility in learning and training of officers and students.

The working trip helps cadres, lecturers and students of course 67 consolidate and supplement knowledge, grasp the training content, improve combat readiness, and meet the requirements of protecting sea and island sovereignty in the new situation.


On this occasion, the working delegation visited and encouraged soldiers and people on Nam Yet, Sinh Ton, Phan Vinh A, Da Tay islands, contributing to strengthening military-civilian solidarity and consolidating faith at the forefront of waves and winds.
