Accordingly, about 100 booths will be arranged at Thanh Nien Park and the area around Hung Vuong Square is expected to have about 200 booths, combined with the space of the Week of Science, Technology - Culture, Tourism. The 1st Mekong Delta Delicious Rice Contest in 2026 will also be held in this series of events.

The festival will also focus on activities such as displaying and introducing typical folk cakes; demonstrating processing processes; promoting OCOP products and local tourism images.
Besides, there are folk games, the Southern Banh Xeo making contest and art programs that will take place every night, creating attractive highlights for people and tourists.
The event is chaired by Tan Thanh Ward People's Committee and Bac Lieu Ward People's Committee, in coordination with relevant departments and agencies. This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026). and International Labor Day May 1, while contributing to honoring traditional culinary values, promoting the image of Ca Mau land and people, as well as opening up opportunities to connect and consume products for artisans and production facilities.
Initiated in 2021, the Southern Folk Cake Festival of Ca Mau province, after 5 times of organization, has become an annual cultural event, a familiar rendezvous to honor the culinary quintessence of the South, while creating a space for exchange, experience sharing and market expansion for craft villages and artisans.
