According to the plan, the Phu Day 2026 Festival will take place at the Phu Day Relic Complex (Ninh Binh), officially opening on the evening of April 19, at Kim Thai Stadium.
Prior to that, on the opening day of the festival, there will be an incense offering ceremony and many folk cultural and sports activities at temples, shrines, and pagodas in the relic area.

Within the framework of the festival, a series of unique activities will be organized such as Chau Van singing festival, tug-of-war, stick pushing, duck catching, human flag, torch procession, scripture procession... vividly recreating the cultural and religious life of Mother Goddess worship in the Northern Delta region.
The highlight of this year's festival season is the calligraphy pulling ceremony taking place on April 23-24, at Van Cat Palace and Tien Huong Palace with spiritual calligraphy sets such as "Mau nghi thien ha", "Quoc thai dan an", attracting a large number of people and tourists.

The organization work is strictly implemented by the locality, ensuring security and order, traffic safety, environmental sanitation and controlling business activities, avoiding the situation of touting, price gouging, and profiteering from festivals.
Phu Day is a typical religious architectural complex associated with Saint Mother Lieu Hanh, including more than 20 unique works such as Phu Tien Huong, Phu Van Cat, Mau Mau mausoleum. The relic has been ranked as a national relic since 1975, and the locality is currently preparing dossiers to propose ranking it as a special national relic.
This year's festival is expected to continue to affirm the attractiveness of spiritual tourism, contributing to promoting the image of a land rich in traditions and promoting local socio-economic development.
