PAGASA forecasts that the low pressure area is unlikely to develop into a tropical depression or storm in the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the low pressure bearing the symbol LPA 07f is located about 1,755 km east of the Southeast of Luzon Island, at about 13.0 degrees North latitude - 140.4 degrees East longitude. The low pressure is also forecast to have little chance of strengthening into a tropical depression or storm in the next 24 hours.
Due to the impact of the low pressure area on land, Manila capital, central Luzon region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol region, Western Visayas and Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Benguet, La Union and Pangasinan provinces are forecast to have cloudy skies, scattered showers and thunderstorms. Medium to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain, increasing the risk of flash floods and landslides.
