From December 20, 2025, the Organizing Committee of the Online Photo Contest with the theme "Sa Dec Flower moment" will officially receive the work. The contest was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Provincial Literature and Arts Association as a practical activity in response to the 2nd Sa Dec ornamental flower festival in 2025.
Accordingly, all subjects who are Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living, studying and working in Vietnam have the right to submit entries to the mailbox: KhoanhKhacHoaSaDec@gmail.com.
The time to receive the final photos for the contest is January 2, 2026. The author sent a photo of the contest with personal information (x name, phone number, address, date of birth) and a photocaption of no more than 30 words. Photo contestants in digital photo files, JPG format is at least 2,000pixel. The photos submitted to the contest must be photos that have not been submitted to exhibition, exhibition, posted on the Internet or participated in another contest.
photos submitted to the contest are photos composed using traditional realism methods, not accepting photos that are assembled and distorted, photos made by AI (artificial intelligence). On January 4, 2026, the following awards were announced and presented: 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 03 Third Prizes, 05 Encouragement Prizes and 01 Interactive Prizes.
The contest content and photos express the beauty, cultural values, tourism, economy and creativity from an artistic perspective, focusing on the following main topics: Unique beauty of flowers, ornamental plants, bon sai, miniatures; exhibition and decoration space at the main points of the Festival and the flower gardens, traditional flower - ornamental production facilities of Sa Dec; Beauty in the work and creativity of artisans, flower growers, and ornamental plant creators; typical community cultural values of Sa Dec land; Natural landscape, traditional craft villages, local products and architectural works, relics associated with the land of ornamental flowers; Typical and unique tourism activities, experiences, festivals and events within the framework of the 2nd Sa Dec Flower Festival 2025.
The 2nd Sa Dec Comedy Festival will take place from December 27, 2025 to January 4, 2026 in Sa Dec ward. In which Sa Dec Park is the focus of the event. This is a provincial-level event with more than 30 cultural, artistic and tourism activities, notably displaying 1,000 flower - ornamental plant varieties; recreating the space of the old Sa Dec market and the old Sa Dec flower market... This activity is expected to create a boost for the ornamental flower economy and ornamental flower tourism for Sa Dec flower village.
