According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of An Giang province, on April 30 and May 1, the whole province welcomed 107,000 visitors. This figure is equivalent to the same period in 2024. Hopefully, with a long holiday, in the remaining days, many tourists will come to An Giang to travel before returning to work.
In particular, the tourist attractions that attract many tourists are still the scenic spots in Sam Mountain National Tourist Area (Chau Doc City) with 23,000 visitors; Cam Mountain Tourist Area (Tinh Bien Town) with 18,000 visitors; Tri Ton cluster tourist attractions (Tri Ton District), such as: Ba Chuc, Ta Pa, Soai Chek, O Thum, Soai So... attracting about 28,000 visitors.
In addition to worshiping and making spiritual vows at the Ba Chua Xu Temple on Sam Mountain, Tay An Pagoda, Hang Pagoda (Phuoc Dien Tu), Thoai Ngoc Hau Mausoleum..., many tourists come to An Giang to enjoy the scenery and specialties, and buy unique gifts to give to relatives and family.
