Previously, Nha Trang ward issued a plan to organize the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Spring Flower Festival in 2026.
According to the plan, the spring flower festival will take place in 12 days, from February 10 to the end of February 21, 2026 (ie from December 23 of the year At Ty to January 5 of the year Binh Ngo), in Yen Phi park and Thieu Nhi park area, Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province.
The organization of the spring flower festival and traffic diversion aims to create a healthy cultural and recreational space to serve people, and at the same time contribute to promoting the image of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
Traffic diversion and vehicle restriction are implemented on many central roads to ensure security and order, traffic safety and space for people and tourists to visit and enjoy spring.
Specifically, on Ngo Quyen street, the section from Le Loi street to Phan Chu Trinh street, all road vehicles are prohibited from traveling in both directions.

On Pasteur street, the section from Yersin street to Le Loi street, cars with more than 16 seats and trucks are prohibited from circulating in both directions.
At the same time, parking is prohibited for vehicles in the direction from Yersin street to Le Loi street.
The section from Le Loi street to the south of Yen Phi Park is only open to motorbikes and all vehicles are prohibited from 5 pm to 11 pm daily.
The section from the south of Yen Phi Park to Phan Chu Trinh street prohibits all road vehicles from traveling in both directions.
On Phan Chu Trinh street, trucks and cars with more than 16 seats are prohibited from circulating in the direction from Ngo Quyen street to Pasteur street; trucks and cars with more than 7 seats are prohibited from circulating in the direction from Tran Phu street to Pasteur street.
In particular, the section from Pasteur street to Tran Phu street prohibits all vehicles from traveling in both directions from 5 pm to 11 pm daily; and also prohibits parking for all vehicles on the section from Ngo Quyen street to Tran Phu street.
For the southern area of Yen Phi Park, the section from Tran Phu street to Pasteur street, motorbikes are only allowed to circulate and all vehicles are prohibited from 5 pm to 11 pm daily.
The time to implement temporary traffic diversion is from February 2 to the end of February 26, 2026 (ie from December 15 of the year At Ty to the end of January 10 of the year Binh Ngo).
