In case online registration is not possible, residents and visitors can bring their ID card or passport to register directly. Residents can use VNeID to verify registration information before entering the exhibition.
According to Lao Dong, visitors to the exhibition on December 21 were instructed to line up, dress appropriately and maintain order. The organizers arranged for personnel to direct and regulate the flow of visitors to ensure that the exhibition space was not overloaded or there was any jostling or pushing...
However, due to the huge number of passengers flocking to Gia Lam Airport, traffic congestion occurred on many routes on December 21.
Therefore, to minimize the overload on December 22, people can park their vehicles outside and walk into the exhibition area. It is best to travel by public transport, taxi, motorbike taxi... to save travel time, because the parking lot is far from the exhibition area.
The total exhibition area is more than 100,000 m2, with an indoor area of 15,000 m2 (twice as large as the event held in 2022), and an outdoor area of about 20,000 m2. Therefore, visitors in groups or large families need to pay attention to each other during the tour to avoid getting lost.
