The Ao Dai performance program "Women of the Capital integrate and develop" in 2025 with the theme "Ao Dai dance - Colors of the Capital women" organized by the Women's Union (HHHPN) of Hanoi City in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Tourism on November 9, at the Hanoi Museum.
Attending the program were Ms. Tran Lan Phuong, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union; Ms. Le Kim Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, President of the Hanoi Women's Union.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Le Kim Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi, President of the Hanoi Women's Union - emphasized that Ao Dai is an indispensable part of the journey to preserve and promote heritage values, an outfit to honor the beauty, cultural identity and people of Vietnam.

The program gathered more than 600 cadres, members, women, students, teachers, actors and representatives of families in the capital. The highlight of this year's event is the folk dance performance on the background of the medley "For Your Smiles" and "Hanoi The Works" performed by 350 members and women of the capital. The performance shows the image of confident, dynamic and vibrant Vietnamese women in today's modern life, affirming the community strength and love for Ao Dai.
The Ao Dai co- performance program "capital Women - Integration and Development" not only honors the value of traditional ao dai and the beauty of the capital's women, but also promotes the image and tourism of Hanoi, aiming to make ao dai a Vietnamese cultural heritage.

The program is part of a series of activities of the Hanoi Ao Dai Tourism Festival in 2025. The event not only honors the value of Ao Dai in social life, but is also an activity to celebrate the 18th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi and the 17th Congress of Hanoi Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.
On the evening of November 9, at the Hanoi Museum, the 2025 Hanoi Ao Dai Tourism Festival ended after four exciting days with the theme "Hanoi Ao Dai - Shining the quintessence of heritage", attracting nearly 20,000 visitors.
This year's festival brings together nearly 80 exhibition booths of designers, fashion brands, traditional craft villages and design - art training schools. Many prestigious names such as designers Duc Hung, La Hang, Ngoc Han, Quang Hoa, Quyen Nguyen...

The Hanoi Ao Dai Tourism Festival also has a number of activities after the closing ceremony, which is the Hanoi Ao Dai Tourism parade 2025 which will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on November 15, 2025 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square and Hoan Kiem Lake walking street space; the "Touching Hanoi Autumn" bus tour with tourists in Ao Dai to continue spreading the image and love of Ao Dai in the community, creating a highlight to promote Hanoi tourism.
