CNA reported that Typhoon Ragasa disrupted Taiwanese (China) aviation operations as early as the morning of September 22, forcing all flights to neighboring islands to be canceled at noon, and suspending 88 ferry services on 13 waterways.
UNI Airway and Mandarin Airlines announced that flights between Taiwan and the islands off the coast after 12 noon on September 22 (local time) were all canceled.
