classic vegetarian bread
Ingredients:
4 slices of whole wheat breadfruit
75 grams of cucumber, thinly sliced
75 grams of tomatoes, thinly sliced
75 grams of onions, thinly sliced
50 grams bell peppers
2.5 grams black pepper
2.5 grams chaat masala powder
30 ml chili soy sauce
Coriander and pureed mint (green fever)
Spread green fever on one side of the sprig.

Ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain balls
75 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
50 grams bell peppers, minced
75 grams of mushrooms, minced
75 grams of spinach, chopped
2.5 grams oregano
2.5 grams chili powder
How to do:
Mix cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, oregano and chili powder.
Spread the mixture over a slice of banh mi and cover with the remaining slice.
Bake in a sandwicher for 5 minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Vegetarian sandwiches with butter
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole wheat breadfruit
1 ripe, crushed avocado
75 grams of sliced tomatoes
50 grams lettuce leaves
2.5 ml lemon juice
2.5 grams black pepper
Salt to taste
How to do:
Grind the butter with lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
Spread the butter mixture over a slice of banh mi.
Cover with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Add another slice of banh mi and enjoy.
