On February 19, according to information from the Organizing Committee of the Cam Pha City Party Committee (Quang Ninh Province), implementing Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Executive Committee on innovation and reorganization of the apparatus of the political system, Cam Pha City has 9 cadres who are still old enough to be re-elected and work but have written a voluntary application for early retirement to facilitate the streamlining of the apparatus and improve operational efficiency.
Among these, there are 7 cadres under the management of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, including: 1 Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, 1 Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and Director of the City Political Center, 2 Deputy Heads of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, 1 Deputy Head of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, 1 Vice Chairman of the Cam Thach Ward People's Committee and 1 Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Duong Huy Commune.
In addition, there was 1 specialist from the Urban Management Department, 1 official from the Agricultural Technical Service Center and the Chairman of the City Red Cross Society.
Previously, on February 14, the Ha Long City Party Committee also held a meeting with 12 cadres under the management of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, who were old enough to be re-elected but had submitted applications for early retirement.
On February 12, Quang Ninh Provincial Police also announced the decision to retire early for 5 department heads and 4 deputy department heads and equivalents under the Provincial Police, according to the voluntary resignation letter to facilitate the arrangement of the Provincial Police apparatus.
The voluntary application for early retirement of cadres is a positive move, contributing to the implementation of the policy of streamlining the apparatus, improving the operational efficiency of agencies and units in Quang Ninh province.
