Secrets to healing women who are hurt

HOÀNG LỘC (T/H) |

Recognizing and caring for wounds properly will help women quickly regain freedom, bravery and true happiness.

1. Allow yourself to listen and acknowledge pain

Suppression or trying to appear strong too early only makes psychological wounds deep and prolonged.

Accept natural emotions: Crying, angry, disappointed or lost feelings are all completely normal reactions when you experience an upheaval. Allow yourself to be true to your emotions instead of denying or tormenting yourself.

Don't blame yourself: Be aware that hurt or failure in a relationship does not define your human value. Stop repeating tormenting questions like "Why me" or "What did I do wrong".

2. Set safety boundaries and disconnect malicious devices

To give the wound space to pull new skin, the first thing is to separate yourself from the source of suffering.

Be resolute and decisive: Disconnect, limit following the social media of the person who caused the injury. Curiosity or lingering only makes you fall into an endless painful cycle.

Build a safe space: Reject conversations, relationships that lower your energy. Prioritize a quiet space for your mind to rest.

3. Focus on turning inside and taking care of yourself

When the world is stormy, the safest home is your own body and mind.

Proper physical care: Start with the smallest things such as eating enough nutrients, sleeping on time, and doing light exercise (yoga, walking) to stimulate the body to release endorphins to help improve mood.

Invest in personal development: Learn a new skill, return to old forgotten hobbies, read books or travel. Being actively busy will help you broaden your perspective and enhance your self-worth.

4. Open your heart to connect and seek healthy support

Healing does not mean you have to bear everything yourself in loneliness.

Share with trusted people: Get rid of the burden on your family, best friends, or people who truly know how to listen and not judge. Empathy from those around you is a very good soothing medicine.

Seek professional help: If feelings of deadlock and prolonged depression affect daily life, do not hesitate to seek out psychologists for a roadmap for consultation and methodical healing.
