In the introduction, Tien Luat shared that the most reckless thing he ever did was getting married when he had no money. After many years of being together, the couple built a solid career with success in both acting and business.
In 2011, Tien Luat and Thu Trang held a wedding. In 2014, Thu Trang gave birth to her first child, nicknamed Andy.
Even though Andy is grown up, Tien Luat still doesn't want Thu Trang to have a second child. The reason he revealed when participating in the program "Happy Memories".
The actor said he was haunted by Thu Trang's pain and difficulty learning to walk after the surgery, so he did not want his wife to give birth again.
Tien Luat said: "I went back and was lying down watching a movie when I heard a clear "pop", my wife said: "Damn, what's wrong?". I didn't know anything, I saw my wife standing there. When I got up, the water flowed down. Then I called for a car to take me away. On the way, my wife talked happily as if nothing happened. I called the doctor and told him to come up for surgery. I was scared when I heard the word surgery.
After Thu Trang went into the waiting room to lie down for 2 hours, Tien Luat "couldn't walk" when he heard the doctor call. But in the end, the person who called was Thu Trang. She informed him that the birth had been completed and that the doctor was "sewing" the incision.
At first, Tien Luat saw Thu Trang talking calmly. He thought the birth was very normal, but when the painkillers ran out, Thu Trang couldn't bear it.
"My wife lay in one place, just shaking her back would make her cry. I was haunted. When the doctor learned to walk, my wife couldn't walk. I watched like a slow motion film, her toes kept moving one by one. Every time my toes moved, my wife cried, "Ugh, it hurts, it hurts."
I'm afraid that up until now, we both don't dare to have children anymore because of me, I'm psychologically afraid of witnessing that scene," Tien Luat said.
However, after many years, Tien Luat gradually calmed down and made plans with Thu Trang to have a daughter.
Thu Trang once shared with the media: "We already have a plan ready, we also went to see the doctor for advice, extracted the eggs, created the embryos, and are ready to put the embryos in."
But because there are still many unfinished plans, the couple decided to have a child next year.
