Young bride finds her own mark for wedding bouquet
This year's wedding season, besides fresh flowers, some young brides look for bouquets made of beads to create a unique highlight for their wedding day.
Having consulted many wedding flower designs on social networks, Ms. Nguyen Hai Binh (28 years old, Hanoi) chose a bouquet of beaded flowers with colors suitable for wedding dresses and party spaces.
Initially, she only looked at samples for reference, but the more she learned, the more she was attracted by the way the flowers are handcrafted and the ability to coordinate colors differently from fresh flowers.
I have seen quite a few wedding flower designs, but most are still revolving around familiar types of flowers. Beaded flowers attract my attention because they look quite new and can change colors and designs as desired," Ms. Binh said.
Also looking for another choice with traditional wedding flowers, Ms. Pham Minh Hanh (25 years old, Hanoi) learned about beads through social networks during the wedding preparation process.
What interests her is not only the form but also whether the product can be designed based on the story and preferences of the orderer.
“I have always liked items with their own mark. When preparing for the wedding, I also want the details in the wedding to have a part of the personality of both husband and wife, instead of everything being chosen according to popular patterns,” Ms. Hanh shared.
Diverse styles and colors of beaded wedding flowers
Ms. Vu Dieu Linh - owner of an online flower shop - started making this product from the beginning of 2026, after accidentally watching a foreign tutorial video on social networks.
From her hobby of making handicrafts, she learned how to create beads and tried making a bouquet of wedding flowers to give to her best friend.
After sharing the implementation process on social networks, she received many questions about whether to accept wedding flowers or not. From then on, she started receiving the first orders.
“In the first month, I only had 1 application. From the second month to now, an average of about 5-7 applications/month. At times, the number of applications increased, I had to temporarily pay for receipt to ensure quality and meet the schedule for customers,” Ms. Linh shared.
Beads are made in many styles, from wedding bouquets, shirt rings to individual flowers, combined with beads, crystals or pearls.
A simple bouquet usually takes about 5-7 days, while elaborate designs or custom designs can take 10-15 days. There are very small details, but if there is a slight error in proportion, color or curvature of the petals, the overall will not be harmonious, so I cannot do it quickly to chase after quantity," Ms. Linh said.
With flowers made according to requirements, the cost not only depends on the number of flowers but also on many details in the implementation process.
The price of each bouquet currently ranges from 2 - 5 million VND. This price depends on the material, number of types of flowers, number of layers of petals, complexity of pistils, color coordination and customer specific requirements," Ms. Linh said.
The idea for each bouquet is also formed from the customer's own requirements.
Customers often give me dress colors, wedding styles, venues, and even a personal memory to develop into a design together. Each bouquet can therefore carry a different mark, instead of just choosing available designs," Ms. Linh shared.
