Stir-fry the minced meat, or the pork ribs after stewing thoroughly, add water and bring to a boil. Add the pumpkin to the pot, stew until the pumpkin is soft, add seasoning to taste. When the soup is cooked, don't forget to add some coriander and green onions to make the dish more fragrant and attractive.

Pumpkin ice cream
There are many ways to prepare pumpkin ice cream. The simplest is to peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, put it in a baking tray, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and mix well. Bake the pumpkin for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until soft.
Put 400ml coconut milk, 225g condensed milk, 2 egg yolks, 20g cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl, mix well and put on the stove to heat until the mixture is combined, then turn off the stove and let cool.
Take the roasted pumpkin and put it in a blender with the cream mixture that has just been boiled. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder (if available) and blend until smooth. Put the mixture in a box/bag and put it in the freezer for about 6 hours, you can enjoy delicious, nutritious pumpkin ice cream.
