Resolution No. 04/2024/NG-HDND of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province stipulates in detail the criteria for establishment, number of members and regimes and policies for forces participating in security protection, order at the grassroots level in the area.
Article 3 of the Resolution stipulates the level of regular monthly support; Level of support for paying voluntary social insurance and health insurance for people participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots:
1. Regular monthly support level:
a) The team leader is supported with 0.68 of the regional minimum wage in the working area.
b) The deputy team leader is supported with 0.60 of the regional minimum wage in the working area.
c) Each team member is supported with 0.52 of the regional minimum wage in the working area.
According to Decree No. 74/2024/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2024), the current regional minimum wage in Bac Ninh province is 4,410,000 VND.
Thus, currently, the Head of the security and order protection team at the grassroots in Bac Ninh has a regular monthly support level of 2,998,800 VND.
The deputy leader of the security and order protection team at the grassroots in Bac Ninh has a regular monthly support level of 2,646,000 VND.
Each member receives regular monthly support at 2,293,200 VND.
In addition, still according to the Resolution, support for voluntary social insurance contributions: People participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots are supported with 85% of voluntary social insurance contributions according to the level. poverty line for rural areas according to regulations of the Prime Minister applicable to each period (including the support amount according to Resolution No. 03/2021/NQ-HDND dated July 16, 2021 of the People's Council Bac Ninh province on regulating policies to support funding for participation in voluntary social insurance and health insurance in Bac Ninh province, period 2021 - 2025).
People participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the facility are supported with 100% of their health insurance premiums.
