Mr. Vu Tri Hai (Nam Dinh) proposed to consider adjusting the monthly allowance level in Decree No. 75/2024/ND-CP dated June 30, 2024 of the Government on adjusting pension levels, social insurance allowances and monthly allowances.
Regarding the above proposal, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has the following comments:
The adjustment of monthly pensions and social insurance benefits from July 1, 2024 will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance 2014 and Resolution No. 142/2024/QH15 dated June 29, 2024 of the National Assembly, accordingly "Adjusting the current pension and social insurance benefits by 15% (June 2024)".
On June 30, 2024, the Government issued Decree No. 75/2024/ND-CP adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances, accordingly, from July 1, 2024, an additional 15% will be adjusted to increase the pension, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances of June 2024 for pensioners, beneficiaries of disability benefits and monthly allowances.
The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs noted your comments and recommendations for study in the process of perfecting legal regulations on social insurance.
