According to the provisions of Section 7, Appendix IV of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP of the Government, boarding houses with a height of less than 3 floors or a volume of less than 1,000 m3 are managed by the People's Committee at the commune level (now stipulated in Section 7, Appendix IV of Decree No. 50/2024/ND-CP of the Government stipulating boarding houses with a height of less than 5 floors and a total volume of accommodation blocks of less than 2,500 m3 are managed by the People's Committee at the commune level), when renting out 2 rooms as boarding rooms, your house is subject to fire prevention and fighting management.
