On the evening of December 7, many audience members fainted and had health problems at the Anh trai say hi concert, but the support work of the organizing committee was not guaranteed.

On December 8, the organizers of the concert Anh trai say hi apologized to the audience about the medical work and support at the concert on the evening of December 7.

"The organizers would like to sincerely apologize to the audience for the unwanted experiences that took place during the event on the evening of December 7.

As soon as the situation was detected, the crew immediately took measures to handle the situation at the scene and continued with the next steps to bring the best experience to the audience who chose to love Anh trai say hi and 30 anh trai".

The organizing committee hopes to receive comments to improve the organization.

Previously, according to audience feedback, the standing area was cramped, with jostling, pushing and shoving towards the barrier near the stage.

Areas like Fanzone A and B closest to the stage were reminded to distance themselves and reduce pressure on the fence, but many spectators were still "suffocating" because of being squeezed.

During the minigame before the concert, an audience member held the mic and said that there were exhausted and fainted audience members due to the long wait.

This person said: "Sorry for ruining the show, but there is someone fainting here, the area is very chaotic. I hope the organizers will handle the problem and then continue the show."

On stage, the MC thanked the audience and said that the organizers would handle it immediately. This moment was widely shared on social media.

According to the performance area diagram, the organizers arranged 1 medical point outside the stadium and 6 relay points inside the stadium.

However, the number of spectators was too large, the stands were too wide, so at some times the organizers could not handle it immediately.

On December 2, the Hanoi People's Committee (HPC) sent a document to the Departments, the City Police and the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District regarding the organization of the concert Anh trai say hi at My Dinh National Stadium.

In the document, the Hanoi People's Committee directed the Department of Health to coordinate and support the work of ensuring epidemic prevention and control, checking food hygiene and safety at the event area; directing medical facilities near the event area to ensure readiness to receive patients and handle arising and unexpected situations (if any) at the event.

The event is a large-scale cultural and artistic activity, attracting the attention of a large number of young audiences, so it requires the organization to ensure safety, security, order, fire prevention and fighting, and develop a control plan, and closely coordinate control.

Previously, at the Anh trai say hi concerts in Ho Chi Minh City, many audience members also fainted due to long waiting times, unstable health conditions and enduring hot weather.

In fact, the audience fainted due to dehydration, heat stroke, and health problems in harsh weather. For example, Blackpink's performance at My Dinh National Stadium last year also recorded many audience members fainting during the performance.
