In episode 20 of the movie "Steps into Life", Thuong (Quynh Kool) confided to Lam (Manh Truong) about her decision to break up. Lam believes that Thuong is feeling self-conscious because of circumstances that break up makes both her and Quan (Huynh Anh) suffer.

Seeing Thuong sad, Minh (Son Tung) couldn't help but worry about her. Minh also discussed with Trang (Ngoc Thuy) to find a way to help Thuong, but Trang said that everything takes time and she herself is also in trouble.
