According to Korean media, Cambodian princess Jenna Norodom - great-granddaughter of the late Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk - has frankly refused the opportunity to go to Korea as a trainee to become a Kpop idol.
According to YTN's report, there is information that the CEO of a Kpop entertainment company has expressed interest in helping this young royal family member become an active star in Korea.
After that, Jenna's management team issued a rejection notice, affirming that Jenna currently does not participate in training in Korea and will not go to Korea to work as a Kpop intern in the future.
Instead of choosing to develop abroad, Jenna decided to stay in her hometown, both balancing her studies and developing her personal music career. She is preparing for her debut Chinese album.

On the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year, Jenna appeared to perform in the Spring Gala program of China Central Television - CCTV.
Jenna Norodom was born in 2012, carrying French-Cambodian blood, and was born in Paris (France).
She is the second daughter of Princess Norodom Bophary and the great-granddaughter of the late Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk. Currently, Jenna is a member of the Cambodian Royal Family along with the incumbent King Norodom Sihamoni.
She attracted attention after becoming a social media phenomenon in 2023, at the age of 11. In fact, Jenna has a fairly rich artistic experience.
Right from the age of 6, she entered the entertainment industry as a singer and actress; in addition, she is currently also a photo model collaborating with many different brands.

As a veteran fan of the two Kpop groups BTS and Blackpink, she regularly posts dance cover videos on video platforms.
In 2021, Jenna signed a contract with Cambodian domestic entertainment company K've Entertainment and released her debut music work. Thanks to her multilingual advantage (knowing 5 languages) and good performance skills in front of the camera, she quickly accumulated a large number of fans.
Currently, Jenna is still actively performing on stages in Cambodia, regularly performing cover songs and self-composed songs.
Jenna's abandonment of the "chain" idol training model of Korea to choose to complete her studies and develop independently has created many online discussions.
Meanwhile, Jenna's direction with the plan to release a Chinese album is also receiving great attention from the audience in the populous country.
