The National Advanced Youth Festival following Uncle Ho's words is organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union twice every 5 years, aiming to discover and honor outstanding individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; creating a widespread and positive impact on young people nationwide.
The commendation ceremony will take place at 2:00 p.m. on May 17 at the Ho Chi Minh City Police Academy and will be broadcast live.
