The MV "Gui into thuong thuong nho" was made by Meritorious Artist To Nga for 6 months on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27. The MV tells the story of a daughter's affection for her father who heroically fell for the peace of the Fatherland.
The daughter took the whole orchestra to the middle of her father's cemetery to sing, and to her father's fallen comrades to lie there. Memories are flooded with the daughter's singing voice, the warm and happy days of her family. Every time his father left, it was a tearful drink. Every time his father returned, he brought more scars on him, making the little girl shy and somewhat scared. Until he got used to the strange scars, then... his father had not returned.
Sharing about the difficulties in making the MV, To Nga said: "We went from Hue to Quang Tri to film. The most difficult thing is that the whole team has been hunting for Quang Tri for several days without a large piano, we have to transport it from Hue, it is really hard. In addition, it rained while filming the biggest scene. What was the feeling of Russia at that time was hard to describe. Fortunately, after 2 hours of rain, the weather stopped and we were able to film that scene.
Before making the MV "Gui vao thuong nho", the female singer planned to hold a live show to celebrate 25 years of singing at the end of the year - right on To Nga's birthday. However, when he started making the MV, To Nga put all her money into it, stopping doing the live show.
One thing is for sure, anyone who watches the MV "Gui En Yeu Nho" will find it difficult to hold back their tears. Lam Ha - the director of the MV did not build on a fierce war with dropped bombs, bullets, and tragedy as people still think. The story is portrayed gently but makes viewers haunted, painful to the point of heart, and tears rise.
