In episode 10 of "Duu sang nang", Lan Anh (Luong Thu Trang) decided to divorce after her husband discovered her having an affair. What made the audience feel confused was that even though she was caught red-handed by her husband while traveling with his lover, Lan Anh still did not apologize to her husband but always considered herself a victim.
When being blamed by Bac (played by Duy Hung), Lan Anh always told her hardships, thinking that she was because of her husband and children. She always believes that because her husband cannot earn money to support the family, the affair is just to take care of her and her children's life better. "Do you feel dirty? Why are you so dislikeful to me? whose money is the newly renovated house in the countryside? That's my money. How much money do you earn when working? He blamed him for being dirty, so there was nothing on him that was clean. It's all mine," Lan Anh said when criticized by Bac.
Unable to bear her husband's torment, Lan Anh decided to divorce, let her child stay and moved to a new job to become a manager.
Another character that is equally confusing to the audience is Nam (Cu Thi Tra). Although a young girl, Nam secretly misses Bac even though he has a family. Every time he saw Bac and Lan Anh having a crush, Nam was uncomfortable to show their faces even though it was just a unrequited love. In the preview of "Duu sang nang" episode 11, when he secretly visited Bac while drunk, Nam robbed Bac because he could not suppress his feelings for so long.
Another character that is equally hated is Xuan (Ngoc Huyen) - Bac's cousin. In the first episodes, Xuan caused controversy because of his messy attitude towards his sister-in-law. Although living at an older house, Xuan continuously had uncomfortable expressions and was somewhat demanding when suggested to stay separately.
In episode 8, after Lan Anh was caught having an affair and told about her own hardship, Xuan turned to understand and sympathize with her sister-in-law. She also constantly advised Lan Anh to reconcile with Bac so that Khoai could have both father and mother.
In the near future, the film will have many unexpected developments, however, many viewers believe that the film should follow the correct logic of reality instead of continuously building the current confusing character personality.
The movie "Diu dang mau nang" is expected to have up to 48 episodes and will air every day from Monday to Friday on VTV1 channel.
