On June 16, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province met to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
Speaking at the program, Quang Binh Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang respectfully acknowledged, commended and congratulated all veteran journalists, press agencies, reporters, editors, and collaborators working in the province.
On this occasion, the Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee sent his best wishes for health, enthusiasm and courage to the journalists, hoping that each journalist will continue to maintain a bright and creative heart, contributing to spreading good values, accompanying the development of Quang Binh and the country.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 17 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the province's press work. Of which, the representative office of Lao Dong Newspaper in the North Central region is one of 3 groups receiving a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province.
Previously, the group of authors Le Phi Long, Nguyen Xuan Hung, Nguyen Cong Sang, Nguyen Luan - Deputy Head of Lao Dong Newspaper in the North Central region won the consolation prize at the 19th Quang Binh Press Awards - 2024 with a series of articles: "Hang Tam Co - "Red Address" hoping to be worthy of a relic".
