According to the list of audiences booking tickets through the Canh Bang Ninh website, 144 people transferred money with the hope of owning tickets in the "Dieng Len" area at good prices. The amount of money the audience transferred was up to 400 million VND.
However, many fans complained that the ticket collector promised to send tickets on June 7 but continuously delayed the schedule and then cut off contact. The owner of the Young Bananas tree website said that he was just an intermediary, collecting tickets to help fans and transferred all 144 tickets to a person named T - believed to be the manager of the fanpage Dustin on the go.
On Threads and Facebook, a series of articles asked Cac Bang Ninh and the fanpage Dustin On The Go to sell tickets to speak up about the incident and refund fans.
Meanwhile, YouTuber Dustin Phuc Nguyen was also named in the incident because T was the personnel in charge of the media department - managing his Facebook page.
After that, Dustin Phuc Nguyen and the Young Bang tree website reported the incident to the authorities

Many viewers questioned whether Cay Bang Than shared the difference in ticket sales with T and stood up to collect tickets. Meanwhile, T took advantage of his position as an administrative officer of the Dustin On The Go website with more than 120,000 followers to create trust and profit from ticket purchases from more than 100 people.
As of June 12, many fans were still impatient and confused because they lost money without tickets to the concert. The keyword "400 million for Young Bang trees" is still being searched for on social networks.

Through his personal page, boxer Duy Nhat shared that after the Call Me by Fire program, fans set up a website for the Young Bang tree to support him in concert nights.
Duy Nhat affirmed that he had nothing to do with the incident of the fanpage Cay Bang non stood up to collect concert tickets. He was upset when the image was rumored by some fabricated websites, causing misunderstanding to many people.
"This has nothing to do with me. I only worry about the fans when I lose money. Some websites used my image to write untrue articles. I don't like lying, don't use my image to attract likes and views," Duy Nhat shared.
