On the morning of November 12, the Call Me by Fire concert officially opened for ticket sales on the Ticketbox platform.
At exactly 10 o'clock, tickets went on sale but the system crashed, the website crashed due to the high number of visitors. The Ticketbox app showed that the system was processing.
The incident left many viewers confused because after just 1 second they could not access Ticketbox.
After about 6 minutes, the system started working again. However, many people said they were passive because they did not know when they could access the website after the error.
Some viewers said their queues were as long as 120,000 people because of later-than-expected access times.
Previously, when the Call Me by Fire concert opened for ticket sales in Ho Chi Minh City on October 19, all 20,000 tickets were sold out in just 90 minutes.
The show was held at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 (Hung Yen) on December 14. This location was chosen to ensure the largest space, allowing the Call Me by Fire program and its artists to meet and interact with a large audience.
Call Me by Fire's second concert has 3 ticket groups including standing, seated and VIP lounge, with 11 different ticket cost classes.
Specifically, the standing ticket group will include Big Fish and Spring Summer Autumn Winter 1, 2, 3, 4 (1,800,000 VND); Ginger Jam 1, 2 (1,200,000 VND); Nursery 1, 2 (800,000 VND). The seated ticket group includes: Dinh Noc, Kich Tran (3,500,000 VND); Bay Phap Phoi 1, 2 (2,500,000 VND); Tinh Hoa, Sao Sang, Thieu Nhi (2,000,000 VND); KaKa, Xuong Rong, Dam Me (1,500,000 VND); Tai Sinh, Nha Hat, Ngu Hanh (800,000 VND). The VIP ticket group: X-VIP 1, 2 costs 8,000,000 VND), sold in packages of 10 tickets.
