This is an annual cultural activity aimed at bringing children a joyful and useful summer, while creating conditions for them to access many films rich in human values, contributing to traditional education, fostering love for homeland and country and nurturing beautiful dreams.
Within the framework of Film Week, the works will be served through the mobile film screening system in localities, the FPT Play platform and live screenings at the opening ceremony in Quang Ngai province.
This year, young audiences across the country will have the opportunity to enjoy many popular animated films such as "Trạng Quỳnh nhí: Legend of the Taurus" and "Wolfoo and the Three Worlds Race". To ensure intellectual property rights and commercial exploitation rights of the production unit, the films are provided through the FPT Play platform and connected to the mobile film screening system nationwide.

In addition, this platform also distributes many children's works for free such as Try a Mother's Day, Mysterious Boxes, Wolfoo's Dream, The Lucy Loudspeaker and Wolfoo in a Conveyor Cycle Restaurant.
In addition to socialized films, the Department of Cinema continues to disseminate many works commissioned by the State. Prominent are 15 animated films of Vietnam Animation Film Studio Joint Stock Company including "Bố của gà con", "Tắc kè phá án", "Nhà của chuồn chuồn", "Anh chàng cao kều", "Nước mắt cá sấu", "Rùa mũ đỏ" and the series "Hiệp sĩ Nghé Vàng", "Chiến binh Mèo Mũi đỏ" and "Chú Ốc sên bay". In addition, there is also the feature film "Maika - Cô bé đến từ hành tinh khác" serving the task of educating and caring for the spiritual life of children.
Especially in Quang Ngai - the locality hosting the opening ceremony of Film Week, in addition to works in the general program, audiences also enjoyed the animated film "Dế Mèn: Cuộc phiêu lưu tới xóm lầy lội" and the feature film "Lật mặt 8: Vòng tay nắng".
Lật mặt 8: Vòng tay nắng" is a family-themed film that once achieved high revenue by director Ly Hai.
