On February 15, Can Tho City Police said that the City Traffic Police Department had coordinated with Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy to disseminate and educate the law on traffic safety and order to 52 international students of the school's Faculty of Medicine on the afternoon of February 14.
At the propaganda session, international students from the school's Faculty of Medicine learned about traffic safety, Vietnamese traffic culture; Vietnam's road traffic sign system; information about traffic safety, security, order in the city and information on the management of foreigners entering and leaving the country in Vietnam. They were also provided with information on drug prevention and control, prostitution, HIV/AIDS.
In the coming time, the Traffic Police Department will continue to cooperate with schools with international students to organize traffic safety propaganda sessions, aiming to raise awareness of law compliance for foreign students living and studying in Vietnam.
