When I reviewed the clip, my wife collapsed and cried without speech.

On the evening of April 12, Quang Nam Police Investigation Police Department issued a decision to keep people in an emergency and criminal detention for Mrs. N.N.U.L (SN 1995), owner of Con Cung Private Kindergarten, to investigate the act of torturing others under Article 140 of the Penal Code.

Reviewing all private preschools
From the evidence of the authorities collected, at least 3 children from 1 to 2 years old were beaten by nanny. Nanny's actions not only cause physical damage but also have long -term psychological consequences for the baby.
“After that day, my son was frequently startled in the middle of the night, screaming and hugging the adults without leaving. I was afraid to sleep alone, even afraid to see strangers.
My family decided not to complain but will pursue to the end, so that my children and other children will be protected. And the person who caused this must be severely punished by law ” - Mr. T added.
Responding to the incident, Mr. Dinh Nguyen Vu - Secretary of Que Son District Party Committee - emphasized: "This is unacceptable behavior, we have directed the immediate suspension of the Con Cung nursery school, and at the same time requested a comprehensive review of private educational institutions in the area, tightening management and inspection".

The education sector has also sent staff to coordinate with the commune authorities to grasp the situation and work with the families of the affected children to have a necessary psychological support plan.
Initially, nanny N.N.U.L did not recognize the act of violence. Only when data from classroom cameras - because Ms. L neglected to turn off - clearly recorded the act of violence being exposed. Faced with undeniable evidence, Mrs. L bowed her head to plead guilty. This is also the detail that makes the public more angry.
