Implementing the "Exam Season Support" program in 2026, youth union levels in Ninh Binh province have established 106 youth volunteer teams with nearly 6,000 volunteers participating, ensuring that each exam site has at least one youth volunteer team and 20 or more volunteers.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, from early morning, a large number of volunteers were present at the exam sites of the 2026 High School Graduation Exam in Ninh Binh.
At the exam sites, volunteers enthusiastically guide candidates and their families to move to the exam area in accordance with regulations, provide drinking water, pens, support to ensure traffic safety and be on duty to pick up and drop off candidates in special situations, candidates in difficult circumstances, candidates with disabilities...
Ms. Le Thi Mai Phuong - Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Union - said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has directed the Standing Committees of the Commune and Ward Youth Unions and affiliated Unions to assign volunteers to pick up and drop off, and provide food and accommodation support for candidates in particularly difficult circumstances throughout the exam period.
The units have organized training and specifically assigned teams to be in charge of each exam site. At the same time, mobilized support for over 154,250 bottles of water; 85,220 school supplies; more than 35,700 sun and rain protection items for candidates. In addition, the units also mobilized and supported more than 18,300 boxes of milk; 23,650 free snacks for candidates and their families.
At the exam sites, 55 free parking spots have been established to ensure more than 300 vehicles/day... In addition, the Youth Unions of communes and wards also closely coordinate with the Police of communes and wards to organize good traffic diversion activities, ensuring security and order at the exam sites. At the same time, proactively coordinate closely with functional agencies to detect and prevent negative phenomena taking advantage of the exam to affect candidates and their families.
This year's exam season support program is focused on being organized and implemented by Youth Union levels throughout the province with many practical, appropriate, and effective activities with many rich and diverse forms focusing on candidates in difficult circumstances, complex areas, and high traffic density, thereby contributing to ensuring the exam takes place safely and conveniently, creating a good psychology for candidates participating in the exam to achieve high results.
