Ms. Tran Thi Tuong Giao - Principal of Truc Xanh Kindergarten (Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) came to the teaching profession not only as an individual choice but also as a family tradition for many generations. Her passion for teaching was nurtured from her grandfather, continued through her parents and now spread to her children.
Ms. Giao shared: "Since I was a child, I have witnessed his and his parents' dedicated teaching sessions. Every time I see them enthusiastically teaching, I feel the strong attraction of the teaching profession".

From that family environment, Ms. Giao soon formed a deep love for the profession through family tradition.
Currently, that tradition continues to be maintained. Her extended family currently has 5 siblings, along with her daughter, who are all teachers. Her daughter is currently a primary school teacher.
"Seeing my child love his job and be passionate about class, I am both proud and confident. Perhaps it is the attachment to the profession from the family that has helped the children maintain their passion," said Ms. Giao.
Her daughter, Tran Quynh Giang, currently a teacher at Phuoc Thang Primary School (Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) shared that in 2014, after being admitted and studying Accounting, she realized that she was not really suitable for the working environment associated with numbers.

Growing up with the stories of her mother and relatives' teaching profession, Ms. Giang was attracted to that simple but influential atmosphere.
"I see my mother talking about her job patiently and gently. At that time, I thought, maybe I was suitable for this environment," she recalled.
In 2016, she decided to take the entrance exam to Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Faculty of Primary Education and studying at the same school.
When she graduated, she had two university degrees but only kept the choice of teaching. In 2020, Ms. Giang started working at Phuoc Thang Primary School, from a contract teacher, then took the civil service exam and has been there until now.
Ms. Giang said that the teaching profession gives her many opportunities to be creative and close to students. The feeling of witnessing their progress every day brings real joy. The family is an important support, especially her mother - Mrs. Giao, who always supports and shares experiences when she has difficulties in her homeroom work or Talks with parents.
"There were times when I struggled, I just gave up one sentence. Not everyone is so lucky," said Ms. Giang.
