- Original notice of admission to the Command Officer - Chemical Engineering training at the university level in 2024.
- Original notice of preliminary results in 2024.
- Certificate of priority eligibility (1 notarized copy and original for comparison).
- High school diploma (1 notarized copy and original for comparison) or original high school graduation certificate (for candidates graduating in 2024).
