Preside over summarizing and analyzing the staff situation throughout the city. For public high schools and units under management, review management staff, support personnel and surplus and shortage teachers by subject; implement recruitment, reception, contracts, arrangement, transfer, transfer, deployment and effective use of assigned staff according to authority, prioritizing teachers directly teaching.
For public educational institutions from preschool to secondary school, guide and urge commune and ward People's Committees to implement according to their authority; summarize and advise the City People's Committee to handle cases where regulation is needed between areas.
