Tomorrow (June 26), about 9,300 candidates in Lao Cai province will officially enter the 2025 high school graduation exam.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on June 25 at some schools, up to now, all preparations at exam locations across the province have been basically completed, ready for a safe, serious and compulsory exam.
This year, the whole province organized 27 exam locations with 398 exam rooms, mobilizing thousands of cadres to work in exam supervision, supervision, health care, and protection.
The weather in Lao Cai city and areas in the province today (June 25-) is hot, with temperatures ranging from 31-32 degrees Celsius.
Due to the harsh weather conditions, the exam locations have arranged enough fans, drinking water, and increased medical work to support candidates to ensure their health throughout the exam.
Logistics and facilities at the exam locations were carefully reviewed: security camera systems, exam rooms, breakers, backup exam rooms, electricity - water - health systems were all ready.
With careful preparation, the Lao Cai Education sector and authorities at all levels set a goal of successfully organizing the 2025 high school graduation exam, ensuring fairness, seriousness and creating the best conditions for students to confidently enter the important exam.
Mr. Do Minh Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Lao Cai Provincial High School Graduation Exam - said: The Steering Committee for the 2025 Lao Cai Provincial High School Graduation Exam has established 5 inspection teams to prepare for the exam at exam locations in 9 districts, towns and cities.
The Department of Education and Training also issued an inspection and examination plan before, during and after the exam. Up to this point, the forces assigned to the exam location have ready candidates to enter the exam.
Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong requested units and localities to closely follow the province's instructions and the instructions of the Department of Education and Training, continue reviewing preparations for the exam, complete the list of candidates and have full instructions for candidates, creating a comfortable mentality for candidates to take the exam to achieve the best results.
The authorities need to have a plan to ensure safety, security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention, and solutions to effectively prevent the use of high technology to commit fraud in exams, absolutely not allowing negativity to arise in the exam organization stages.
In particular, there must be solutions to respond to harsh weather (rain, floods), unusual situations. The province will create favorable conditions, support candidates at the exam locations, and not let any candidate miss the exam due to difficulties in economic conditions, travel or other objective obstacles when taking the exam.
The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee hopes that parents will continue to encourage and motivate students to practice their craft of doing research, consolidate knowledge, prepare well mentally and health to participate in the exam to achieve the highest results.
In Yen Bai, preparation work has also been implemented early and comprehensively, Van Yen district alone has 4 exam locations with 1,150 candidates, including 13 independent candidates.
Through on-site inspection, all facilities from exam rooms, surveillance cameras, testing cabinets, test rooms, lighting systems, fans, and air conditioners all met requirements.
The exam locations also prepared waiting rooms, medical duty rooms, and meals for supervisors and students from afar.
The 2025 exam will take place on June 25, 26, 27, and 28. Of which, the exam procedures will be completed on June 25, the official exam will be on June 26, and the reserve exam will be held on June 28.
