Nguyen Manh Khong, a 12th grade student in Tam Binh Ward, said he is dividing his review time into days to avoid overload.
"Midth and Second, I learned Math, the following days were spent on Physics and Chemistry, then switched to Literature or Physics. I divided my schedule to make sure every subject was reviewed equally," said Khong.
In addition to self-study time, the male student also participates in two extra sessions per week to consolidate his knowledge.
Regarding the upcoming orientation, Khong plans to register for the Construction Engineering major, but has not yet decided which school he will enroll in.
Nguyen Manh Trung, a 12th grade student in Binh Dong Ward, said that he plans to register for the Economics major and is studying schools in Ho Chi Minh City such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance and some non-public schools. At the same time, he said he will consider taking the competency assessment exam to increase his admission opportunities.
Trung said that at this time he spends a lot of time on Math and Literature - two subjects in the combination that he chose ( Math, Literature, Economic Education and Law). "I study Math three sessions a week, and Literature is my own study," Trung said.
In addition to studying, Trung maintains sports activities to maintain a relaxed spirit, helping to increase his ability to concentrate while studying.
Although he has clear goals, Trung admits that he is still a bit worried about the information that some schools are planning to change their admission combinations and methods. "If there is a change, I hope schools will announce it soon so that students can prepare and not be surprised," Trung shared.
Not only grade 12, grade 11 students also prepare early. Dang Huu Duc, an 11th grade student in Binh Dong ward, said that although there is still a year left to enter the important exam, he has clearly defined his direction and focused on building a knowledge foundation.
Duc wants to study pedagogical medicine. "I am considering whether to only focus on main subjects or expand further because I heard that some schools may change their admission combinations and methods. I am still waiting for official information to make appropriate adjustments," Duc shared.
