The Organizing Committee of the VioEdu Arena Competition (formerly VioEdu Mathematics Arena) said that on the morning of March 18, at the Regional level (commune, ward level) competition in Hanoi, while most schools are closely and seriously coordinating to create a transparent playground, in some exam rooms, during online supervision, the Organizing Committee (OC) recorded many violations.
Fraud at VioEdu Hanoi exam room with the situation of intentionally placing cameras in the wrong positions, creating "secure corners" to interfere in exam papers; Taking, copying, and illegally disseminating exam questions and exam codes; Invigilators entering and leaving the exam area, reminding students and assisting them in doing the exam and many other fraudulent acts.
The Organizing Committee of the contest emphasized: "This cheating not only affects the results and quality of an exam but also damages students' belief in fairness, as well as their confidence in their true abilities.

The Organizing Committee, when conducting online supervision, has sufficient evidence and basis to issue a decision to cancel all exam results of violating exam sessions/exam rooms and notify the units.
After the exam sessions have ended, the review of the video surveillance system will still be carried out thoroughly to strictly handle any remaining violations, ensuring the legitimate rights of all contestants. The Organizing Committee affirms that it will not compromise on any violations of regulations to absolutely protect the fairness of the VioEdu Arena playground".
VioEdu Arena is an online knowledge contest through games, free for students from grades 1 to 9. Contestants can register for a free account or use an account provided by the school to compete.
Each year, this contest attracts about 10 million students to participate on a voluntary basis. However, some localities and schools base on these results to commend and reward high-scoring students.
