For students, the attention and investment of the State and localities is clearly shown through many policies such as tuition fee exemption, lunch support, 2-session/day teaching, especially some localities have taken the lead in exempting textbooks for students.
This year, 108 border schools will be put into use - this is a complete difference compared to previous years.
For university students, this year there is a very strong change in basic science, key engineering and strategic technology.
There will be over 40,000 students entitled to scholarships and financial support.
