Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Principal of Nguyen Du Primary and Secondary School (Hanoi) - informed that the school has consolidated the organizational structure, assigned tasks and consolidated staff, aiming to build a collective that operates synchronously, effectively, and professionally, meeting development requirements in the new period.
The female principal said that the two campuses of the school have the advantage of being located close to each other, helping to make the operation, coordination between departments and professional support more convenient. Along with consolidating the organization, facilities at both school sites have also been reviewed, repaired and supplemented. "Preparation work before the new school year is carefully calculated by the school to ensure stable operation" - the female principal said.
Talking to reporters, Ms. Nguyen Minh Hang - a teacher at Le Van Tam Secondary School (Quang Ninh) - assessed that arranging schools helps streamline the apparatus, use resources more effectively, and create conditions to improve the quality of education.
Any change will pose certain difficulties for officials, teachers and students. However, I believe that the challenge is also an opportunity for each school to innovate management thinking, innovate teaching methods and build a more dynamic educational environment. Focus on improving the quality of education
After stabilizing the organization, the key task identified by schools is to improve the quality of education, ensuring that students study in a safe, friendly and comprehensively developed environment.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Tho - a teacher at Hoang Van Thu High School (Hanoi), the quality of teaching and learning needs to continue to be improved through professional development for teachers, strengthening teaching practice, sharing experiences and innovating teaching methods.
Regarding learning quality, Ms. Tho affirmed that students' learning activities need to be built in a practical and effective direction. It is necessary to improve the quality of testing and assessment at all stages, from building exam questions, organizing tests, grading papers, and entering scores to summarizing. The assessment needs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reflect the actual capacity and progress of students.
In addition to formal teaching activities, schools need to create more opportunities for students to develop comprehensively through tutoring activities, excellent student exams, life skills competitions, sports, culture, arts... Through this, each student has more environment to train, discover abilities and promote strengths.
In the 2026 - 2027 school year, I hope the school will truly be a happy place for students. Students participate in useful educational activities, are motivated and passionate about learning; learning outcomes are improved and evaluated practically and fairly" - Ms. Tran Thi Tho shared.
With new policies, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Hong - a teacher at Nghi An Kindergarten (Nghe An) expects that the 2026 - 2027 school year will be a school year of solidarity, adaptation and creativity, thereby creating more motivation and new momentum for the development of the entire education sector.
