A teacher was suspended for using inappropriate language

NGUYỄN TRƯỜNG |

A teacher at Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School (Ninh Binh city) was temporarily suspended from work for using inappropriate language with students.

On September 26, speaking with Lao Dong reporter, a representative of the Ninh Binh City Department of Education and Training said that the Board of Directors of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School had decided to temporarily suspend teacher N.T.V from work starting September 25.

The temporary suspension of Ms. V is to clarify the incident in which a parent filed a petition about Ms. V's insulting words, inappropriate behavior, pressure, and serious impact on the psychology of students during their studies in class.

Previously, a parent whose child studied in class 4B, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School, posted an audio file on Facebook. The content of the audio file contained insulting words and curses... which were not up to the standards of a teacher, causing pressure and seriously affecting the psychology of the student.

Immediately after the above recording was posted on Facebook, the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City quickly took action, directing the Board of Directors of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School to coordinate with functional units and Ms. N.T.V to clarify the incident.

"Currently, Ms. N.T.V. is temporarily suspended from work, and the school has also asked Ms. V. to write a report. Our point of view is to strictly handle her according to regulations, and absolutely not cover up or show leniency towards behaviors that do not meet professional ethics standards," said a representative of the Ninh Binh City Department of Education and Training.
