In the cozy classroom space, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong talked with Ms. Nguyen Thi Ba and the students, learning about the activities of the class as well as the difficulties that teachers and students are facing.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong requested the leaders of Thu Dau Mot ward to direct units to review and support the completion of legal documents for students here. Thereby, creating conditions for them to be issued free health insurance cards and receive health care.

At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong requested the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training to study a plan to recognize the completion of classes for students here. From there, when conditions are met, students can study in the next classes at formal schools.

On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee presented Ms. Nguyen Thi Ba with a computer for her to serve teaching and gave gifts to students.

Students of the class from many different rural areas, following their parents to Ho Chi Minh City to make a living. Most are poor children with many different circumstances. They all have to make a living from a young age, some help at eateries, some go to sell lottery tickets. They all do not have the conditions to attend formal schools like their peers.

Feeling sorry for poor children, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ba (a retired teacher since 2003) has been teaching literacy to children for nearly 10 years. Income from selling lottery tickets, she also saves money to buy food to support the poor and students.
