The admission confirmation period is from August 22, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025.
Step 2: Get the admission notice online from the website of Ha Long University
Access the address: https://tuyensinh.uhl.edu.vn/tracuutrungtuyen.php (or scan the QR code)
- Enter your CCCD number to look up the admission results
- Press the download button to watch online and print the admission notice (the download button will appear if the candidate has taken step 1).
The time to issue online admission certificates is from August 25, 2025 to September 3, 2025 (Ha Long University will issue hard copy of the admission certificate with a direct red seal at the admission session on September 4, 2025). After receiving the application form online, candidates should print the form (3 copies) and prepare the admission procedures according to the instructions in the form.

On August 22, Ha Long University announced the first round of full-time university and college admission scores in 2025.
According to the announcement, pedagogical majors continue to have high benchmark scores, showing increasingly great attraction. Of which, Literature Pedagogy achieved the highest benchmark score with 27.32 points, equivalent to an average of over 9 points/subject. Other majors also maintain high standards such as Preschool Education with 26.28 points, Primary Education with 24 points, Mathematical Pedagogy with 23.3 points, English Pedagogy with 23.6 points. Although it has allocated up to 530 targets for the pedagogical sector, the entrance score is still high.
In the foreign language group, Chinese Language continues to affirm its appeal when the admission score ranges from 22.5-24 points depending on the admission method. The Japanese, Korean, and English Language majors maintain scores of 15-24 points.
For the economic, service and tourism sectors, which are the school's strengths, the admission score remains stable from 16-22 points. This is a positive signal, in line with the great demand for human resources in the tourism - service sector of Quang Ninh province, the locality is always in the leading group in the country in attracting tourists.
