The project has a scale of thousands of square meters, including a two-story house for classrooms, a chiefson house, a kitchen, a schoolyard... with a total cost of more than 29 billion VND, constructed by Manh Phu Construction and Trading Company Limited.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, up to now, the entire land has been built with surrounding walls, the two-story houses have completed the rough construction, but the inside is still messy and overgrown with thick grass.
According to the representative of the construction unit, when the project was nearly completed, the investor had not yet arranged capital, so it had to temporarily stop. The contractor also hopes to soon resume construction to complete, settle and avoid waste.
On September 21, discussing the above incident, a representative of the People's Committee of Ha Trung commune, Thanh Hoa province said that the project was invested by the People's Committee of Ha Dong commune (old), so due to lack of capital, the project was stalled. "Currently, the locality is reviewing the works in the area to consider feasibility, arrange capital and report to the Provincial People's Committee for a handling plan" - a representative of the People's Committee of Ha Trung commune informed.
