On February 13, many people came to the one-stop office of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot city (Dak Lak province) to complete the procedures for registering business households in the education sector.
After waiting for more than an hour, Mr. N.N.T (residing in Tan Loi ward) finally got his turn to do the paperwork. Mr. T. signed up to help his younger brother organize extra classes.
Mr. T. shared: "My younger brother is teaching at a middle school in Tan An ward. To avoid students from the school coming to study, I registered the location of my tutoring business for him in Tan Loi ward."
Ms. T.T.H (living in Khanh Xuan ward) also registered a business household to teach extra classes. Ms. H. graduated from the Pedagogical University but could not find a job. Her sister was teaching at a junior high school. Therefore, she registered a business household so that the two sisters could organize extra classes.
"I registered to teach extra classes in Ea Kao commune. This is in accordance with Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training. If you do not follow the regulations, you will be severely punished," said Ms. H.
