Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoang studied Mathematics, graduated in 2018, and taught more pedagogical certificates by 2-level Pedagogical University in 2018 according to Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BGDDT.
Mr. Hoang has been a contract teacher at junior high school since 2019 and since 2022 as a contract teacher, has paid social insurance at a junior high school in Bac Tu Liem district.
Mr. Hoang asked, when Bac Tu Liem district recruited officials, he was eligible to take the exam for junior high school teachers to become a payroll at the school he was teaching, or need to re -learn the pedagogical certificate according to Circular in 2021?
Regarding the question of Mr. Hoang, the Ministry of Education and Training answered on the Government portal as follows:
Clause 8, Article 5 of Circular No. 08/2023/TT-BGDDT stipulates:
"In case the general teacher has a suitable bachelor's degree and a pedagogical degree or a pedagogical college or the case of high school teachers who have a suitable bachelor's degree and a professional certificate. Pham by training and retraining institutions level before May 22, 2021, it is determined to have a suitable bachelor's degree and have a certificate of pedagogical training of the level of teaching under the program by the Ministry. Minister of Education and Training issued ".
Therefore, if Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoang has a bachelor's degree in accordance with the recruitment registration subject and a high school teaching time (including the time of signing the labor contract), with a professional certificate. Pedagogy issued by training and fostering institutions before May 22, 2021 (including certificates granted according to Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BGDDT), it is determined to meet the standard of training level of general teacher.
