Only 3 cases are taught in the school
Accordingly, from 14.2.2025 tutoring and tutoring in the school are not allowed to collect students' money and only for 3 students who register for extra classes in each subject:

Earlier, in Article 5 of Circular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT, students wish to study extra classes for extra school to send to the school; Parents of students or guardians directly sign and record commitments to the school on tutoring, extra classes to apply for extra classes and take responsibility for fulfilling the commitment.
Thus, before, students only need to have the desire to write an application to learn more. From 14.2.2025, only 3 cases mentioned above are allowed to register for extra classes in each subject in the school.
Regulations on tutoring activities are additional teaching activities
In Clause 1, Article 2 of Circular 29 stipulates: Teaching, tutoring in this Regulation is the extra extra teaching activity with the learners' money and content under the general education program but in addition to the educational plan. of the general education program issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Circular 29 stated that tutoring activities are auxiliary activities to help students improve the quality. Previously, in Circular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT stipulating: “The tutoring and tutoring activities must contribute to consolidating and improving the knowledge, skills and personality education of students; Suitable for psychological characteristics and does not cause the situation beyond the acquisition of the learners ”.
Teaching money to pay taxes
Article 7 of Circular 29 stipulates the management of tutoring money, tutoring the extra tuition fee outside the school due to the agreement between parents and students and tutoring facilities. The collection, management and use of extra tuition money comply with the provisions of the law on finance, property, accounting, tax and other relevant regulations.
Do not collect students' money
Previously, Clause 1, Article 7 of Circular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT stipulates the collection and management of extra tuition for tutoring and tutoring in the school as follows:
Collect extra tuition to pay for the remuneration for teachers directly teaching, the work of tutoring and tutoring of the school; Spending electricity, water and repairing facilities for tutoring, tutoring
The extra fee collection is due to the agreement between the parents' parents and the school
The school organizes collection, expenditure and publicization, settlement of extra tuition through the school's financial department; Tonet teachers do not directly collect and spend extra tuition.
In Circular 17 on tutoring and tutoring in the school, the school is collected and the collection level is agreed between the parents' parents and the school. However, from the next 14.2, there is no collection of students' money and only for students who register for extra classes for each subject.
