From March 1st, the Hanoi City Traffic Management and Operation Center coordinates with transport units to implement a plan to strengthen 3 bus routes and adjust 1 bus route, in order to improve connectivity with Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, serving the needs of people going to school and work in this area and surrounding areas.
Specifically, the city organizes 2 additional large-sized electric bus routes to be strengthened, including: route E07TC (Long Bien - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park) running on route E07; phase 1 from March 1st to March 31st, 2026 has a frequency of 30 minutes/trip, phase 2 from April 1st, 2026 reduced to 20 minutes/trip. Route E06TC (Giap Bat Bus Station - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park) running on route E06, frequency of 30 minutes/trip. The operating hours of the routes are from 5 am to 9 pm daily.
In addition, bus route No. 88 (My Dinh Bus Station - Hoa Lac - Xuan Mai) has been adjusted to increase frequency from 21–25 minutes/trip (86 trips/day) to 15–20 minutes/trip (104 trips/day).
Bus route No. 89 (Yen Nghia Bus Station - Son Tay Bus Station) is also adjusted in route, and the frequency is increased from 22–27–30 minutes/trip (83 trips/day) to 20–25 minutes/trip (96 trips/day), ensuring convenient connection with Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
After implementing the plan, the total number of bus routes connecting Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park increased to 9 routes, including 8 subsidized routes (74, 88, 107, 117, 119, 89, E06TC, E07TC) and 1 non-subsidized route (71), with about 875 trips/day, an increase of 246 trips/day compared to before; service frequency from 10 to 30 minutes/trip.
In the coming time, the Hanoi City Traffic Management and Operation Center said that it will continue to coordinate with relevant units to review, propose adjustments, supplements and open new bus routes, thereby strengthening connectivity and better meeting the travel needs of people.
