Accordingly, the forces have propagated, mobilized, and persuaded households near the construction site of the above items. At the same time, organize forces to support and protect project construction. In case of preventing or opposing people performing official duties, disciplinary action will be taken.
Research by reporters from Lao Dong Newspaper shows that, related to the Highway 9 bridge over the highway, there are 37 households and individuals (Vinh An and Nam Hieu villages, Cam Hieu commune) requesting support for land, The property is located in a road corridor.
People believe that the construction of the Highway 9 bridge over the highway affects their lives and livelihoods because most people living in this area mainly do business. When constructing an overpass, it will cause separation and blockade of travel through the area, affecting business activities.
In addition, the National Highway 9 bridge over the highway will also cause the value of land plots to decrease sharply because it is located on a frontage road.
Therefore, the households petitioned to consider compensation and support for livelihood transformation, and at the same time requested the state to recover land, relocate and resettle so that households can live and work with peace of mind.
Regarding the people's petition, Cam Lo District People's Committee said it has submitted it to relevant levels and branches for consideration and resolution.
Currently, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province has issued instructions, and relevant units are checking and reviewing each specific case, formulating and approving support plans according to regulations.
However, creating a support plan must follow the process of inventorying, verifying the origin of land use, applying prices, publicly posting, meeting people, and handling problems, so it takes a lot of time.
According to the Van Ninh - Cam Lo Expressway Clearance Council, the construction unit is currently carrying out construction on the existing road section, without affecting people's land and assets. Under pressure from the Government on the expressway construction progress, units had to propagate, explain to the people and support the construction.
