HCMC - A truck overturned on the Y-shaped bridge slope in District 8, damaging a car and a motorbike, causing traffic congestion.

At noon on March 31, a serious accident occurred on the Y-shaped bridge slope, in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. A truck with a HCMC license plate suddenly overturned, causing serious traffic congestion.

According to information from the scene, the truck was traveling from District 8 to District 5 when it suddenly lost control, hit the median strip and overturned across the road. The accident occurred during rush hour, causing traffic through the Y-shaped bridge area to become chaotic.

"I was riding a motorbike on the bridge when I saw the truck swerving and overturning. The dust flew everywhere, everyone around was shocked," said Mr. N.V.H, a resident who witnessed the accident.

The accident not only caused traffic congestion but also caused a car and a motorbike traveling in the opposite direction to be severely damaged by the collision.

District 8 authorities quickly arrived at the scene to block off, handle the incident and regulate traffic.

The traffic police are also extracting security cameras to investigate the cause of the accident.
